Order confirmation:
All orders are confirmed automatically (by email) and you will receive an e-mail within 8 hours on weekdays,.if there are any problems with delivery (backordered/out of stock products).
You can always see your order status, by following the link provided in your order confirmation, or by logging into your customer account. Order status is displayed in the top left corner of the order summery page.
Orders to be paid by wire transfer (prepayment) will be valid for 10 days from order date, then canceled automatically.

Delivery and transport:
Goods purchased from CoolerKit are shipped by FedEx or GLS and CoolerKit has no responsibility for the transport.
The delivery of goods bought from CoolerKit is regarded as happened, when the goods are.handed over to the carrier. CoolerKit is not responsible to the buyer in case of late delivery.

CoolerKit aims to ship goods the same day as they are ordered or the next working day, provided the goods are in stock. The buyer will always email when the goods are shipped from Coolerkit, and the buyer will also receive an email in case of late delivery from CoolerKit.

Overseas and foreign destinations pay shipping charges according to current tariffs..These charges are embedded in our system and you will always get the shipping price before ordering. You'll never pay more than the system calculated.

Risk of goods purchased from CoolerKit passes to the buyer on the time of delivery.

Force majeure etc.:
CoolerKit are under no circumstances responsible for any delays or deficiencies in cases of force majeure. Likewise, CoolerKit can not be held responsible for non-delivery due to insufficient supplies from CoolerKits suppliers.

Coolerkit take no responsibility for.typos, incorrect data,.incorrect images, sold out goods and price changes.

Payment :
All prices at CoolerKit are incl. 25% VAT and excl. shipping costs. The cost of shipping is variable depending on weight and volume of the products ordered.

Payment of goods purchased from Coolerkit can currently be done by credit and debit card, by paying in advance (wire transfer) or through PayPal.

You can use the following credit/debit cards:
- Visa Electron
- MasterCard
- Eurocard
- Maestro

All consumer purchases comes with 2 year warranty and 1 year for commercial purchases. Granted there have been communicated a longer warrenty period from the manufacturers side, such warrenty issues should be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Any goods purchased from CoolerKit must immediately after arrival be examined carefully for any errors or deficiencies..If the product is defective upon arrival, this must be reported to CoolerKit immediately.
Complaints must be startet within 2 months after a defect in a product is - or should be - discovered. The consumer always have two months to respond after a defect in a product is detected. Complaints made within 2 months are always considered within reasonable time and thus in accordance with the law. Complaints can be made later than two months and still be within a reasonable time, but this is considered rare.

All products returned to CoolerKit must be securely wrapped or your warranty will be void. Damage resulting from inadequate packaging is the customer's responsibility.

Consumers may return goods within 14 days from the time the goods is received .

The right to return goods runs from the time of delivery to the consumer. To use this right, the package must be delivered to the courier within 14 days after receipt of the goods. We recommend to send the goods by parcel or registered mail, so that you have a record of submission. You can also use your 14 days return right by refusing to accept or pick up the order at the post office, etc..The refunded amount will be the full purchase price, including freight and other fees for the products. The buyer pays cost of return.

Returning goods is only possibel if the product is returned in the same condition and quantity as received. The return right may be denied if the product is used in a manner which obviously reduces the selling price. The product should always be returned in original packaging. The absence of original packaging is often regarded as a significant decline in the value of the product and may termination of the return right.

For any product whose sales value decreased significantly by using, testing or assembly, the right of return does not apply.
Examples of such products are:

- Radiators, waterblocks and the like
- Fans (if mounted with screws)
- Power supplies (if equipped)
- Water pumps
- Heatsinks
- Thermal paste and other consumables

The right of return does not include customized products such as hose, as this will be specific cut to the ordered mesurements and therefore cannot be returned.

All products returned to CoolerKit must be securely wrapped and without any visible change in the original packaging. Damages due to inadequate packaging is the customer's responsibility.

Commercial purchases receives no return or cancellation right.

Please note when purchasing water cooling equipment:
All equipment should be leak testet for at least 24 hours before applying.power to the computer itself. The products must be installed in the system when running the leak test.
All use of water cooling equipment and the like, including overclocking, is done at your own risk. Damage to equipment will not be replaced by CoolerKit.

Use of UV additives or pre-mixed liquids in water cooling systems voids the warranty on all products used in the system.
